Thank you for your letter of the 4th May 2010 together with enclosures. Please find completed questionnaire enclosed herewith. I am delighted with my new windows. I have been a customer of yours over the past 14 years and as always, the quality and standard of service just gets better. Pete Golding provides everything that's required in helping to make the best choice. The fitters Jon and Chris were excellent installers and were such fun (both quite batty, which added a lot of laughter)! They were so helpful too, i.e. replacing a window blind for me when I asked them to. Please convey my gratitude to them both, as well as Tony for his excellent work in creating a brick up to the lounge window which was a full size picture window beforehand, which was far too big and let in too much sunlight. I would always recommend the company to friends etc, and indeed several people have commented on the good quality of workmanship - sadly lacking somewhat these days.

Now that you have essentially completed all the work here at Orchard House, I would like to put on record my appreciation for the job you have done.
We are very pleased with the results. The windows are doors are very attractive and of obviously good quality both in the way they are constructed and the materials and fittings used. We were also impressed by the way the work was carried out, and the very friendly and efficient way that your fitting teams got on with it. Not least I was appreciative of the very positive way you responded to the minor difficulties that arose.
I would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to all those that were involved with this job. Should you have need of a reference at any time, please do not hesitate to call. I would be delighted to commend your work to others.

Last week Jon fitted our UVPC windows/ We wanted to let you know that they did an excellent job. We felt they really cared about doing a good installation. This was the first time we have had new windows fitted and we have only been in Thame for eight months. We heard about your company through a leaflet through the door, we had never heard of it before and were apprehensive about the service and customer care. We need not have worried. From the first visit by Jon, the survey by Richard and the arrangements for the fitting by Steve, we were treated with courtesy and a professional service. They did everything they could to ensure we were satisfied. We think they and the other members of staff are a credit to your company.
We have no hesitation in recommending your company to other people.The windows are of a high quality and we are very pleased.
